La giornata di formazione dal titolo “Counseling e mediazione del conflitto” è dedicata all’approfondimento delle dinamiche relazionali nella coppia e alla gestione dei momenti di crisi. Attraverso un approccio teorico-pratico, verranno esplorati il setting del colloquio e le modalità di gestione della coppia, con particolare attenzione alle tecniche di comunicazione, contrattazione e gestione del conflitto.

Prendendo spunto anche dal celebre caso “Kramer contro Kramer”, i partecipanti saranno guidati nell’analisi delle dinamiche conflittuali e nelle strategie di intervento. Ampio spazio sarà dedicato all’accoglienza, all’analisi della domanda e alla valutazione della coppia, strumenti fondamentali per un intervento efficace e consapevole.

  • Kramer contro Kramer, il conflitto della coppia
