Il minicopione è un concetto chiave dell'Analisi Transazionale (elaborato da Taibi Kahler e Hedges Capers) che descrive uno schema di comportamento, pensiero ed emozione che si attiva in pochi secondi o minuti. Rappresenta una sequenza in miniatura del copione di vita, ovvero il piano inconscio che guida le nostre decisioni e relazioni.

Nel counseling analitico transazionale, comprendere questo meccanismo è fondamentale per individuare e disinnescare rapidamente i comportamenti disfunzionali del cliente.

Il minicopione si articola attraverso una sequenza precisa e riconoscibile:

1. La fase della "Spinta" Tutto inizia con un comportamento condizionato, detto "Spinta" (o Driver), che la persona mette in atto inconsciamente per sentirsi "Ok" o per mantenere l'approvazione altrui.

Le 5 spinte principali sono:

Sii perfetto/a: bisogno di controllo e di standard irraggiungibili.

Compiaci: focalizzazione sui bisogni degli altri a discapito dei propri.

Sii forte: negazione delle proprie vulnerabilità.

Sforzati: concentrarsi sull'impegno più che sul risultato.

Sbrigati: fare tutto in fretta per l'ansia di non arrivare.
