Training schools wishing to be included in the CNCP’s list of recognised institutions must email the following documents to the CNCP Secretary at segreteriacentrale@cncp.it:
Application for Recognition
Organisation Profile Form
Course Form(s) for the Counselling programme(s) offered
Letter of Request for Membership
A copy of the organisation’s Charter clearly stating that it provides counselling training (PDF format)
A copy of the training programme for which recognition is requested, including an outline of its syllabus
List of certified trainers along with their signed CVs
A self-certification from the organisation's director confirming acceptance of the CNCP’s Charter, Regulations, and Code of Ethics Conduct, as well as consent to data processing
A letter of recommendation from the Director of a CNCP-recognised training organisation with at least two years of membership
If this letter is not available, the organisation can request an audit by the CNCP Admissions and Counsellors’ Register Committee. A Committee member will visit the training centre to assess its programme based on criteria set by the CNCP Executive Board. If the Committee member gives a favourable opinion, final approval will still depend on the Executive Board's confirmation. The outcome will be communicated via certified email (PEC).If the Committee’s review is successful, the training organisation must then:
Send the names of members to be registered with CNCP (using the Counsellors’ Register form)
Include a legal representative’s self-certification verifying the accuracy of submitted data
The CNCP Secretary will then provide payment instructions:
First-time registration fee for schools and training centres: €500
€250 membership + €250 recognition fee
Includes free registration of 2 trainer members
Annual membership fee (following years): €250
Fee for additional trainer members: €80 per person
CVs must be submitted for each
Once payment is made, a copy of the receipt must be emailed to the CNCP Secretariat, along with the full name and address where the receipt should be sent.
Once all documents and payment are received:
The school will receive a welcome email
Its name will be added to the List of Recognised Schools
The 2 trainer members and any new counsellors will be added to the CNCP Register of Counsellors
Recognised organisations may:
Promote their courses with the label: “Recognised by CNCP”
Use the CNCP logo for their training events
Independently assign CNCP credits for relevant events, in line with Article 12 of the CNCP Regulations
The school must have each new member complete the following:
Counsellor Registration Form
Register Application Form
The organisation is responsible for filling in the appropriate fields for each counsellor in the Counsellors’ Register, and emailing it to the CNCP Secretary together with:
A self-certification from the organisation’s legal representative confirming:
The accuracy of the data
Compliance with Article 7 of Law 4/2013
That the documents have been properly filed and stored
