Precisazione sull’applicazione della Nota Transitoria n. 3, Art. 23 del Regolamento associativo 

In data 6 giugno 2025 il Consiglio Direttivo Nazionale ha deliberato un chiarimento interpretativo relativo alla Nota Transitoria n. 3 dell’art. 23 del Regolamento.

La Nota Transitoria stabilisce che:

“I percorsi già attivi alla data del 30.06.2025 potranno proseguire sino a scadenza naturale senza obbligo di modifica del programma precedentemente riconosciuto all’atto del loro inizio.”

Il Consiglio Direttivo ha precisato che tale disposizione deve intendersi riferita esclusivamente ai percorsi formativi finalizzati all’ottenimento della qualifica di Professional Counsellor.

Restano pertanto esclusi dall’ambito di applicazione della Nota Transitoria i percorsi relativi alle qualifiche di Formatore e Supervisore, che dovranno adeguarsi alle nuove disposizioni regolamentari secondo quanto previsto.

Il presente chiarimento ha finalità interpretativa e applicativa, al fine di garantire uniformità e coerenza nell’attuazione del Regolamento.
