1) How Do We Submit the List of CNCP Members from Our Institution?

Simply email segreteriacentrale@cncp.it with the following attachments:

• A completed Excel format file with all fields filled in (required for both new registrations and renewals)

• A Self-Certification signed by the Director of the Institution

2) When Is the Deadline for Paying the Membership Fee for Our Institution?

The annual membership fee for institutions is due by 30 June each year.

3) How Do We Pay for CNCP Members Who Are Students or Staff at Our Institution?

You have two options:

• Bank transfer (cumulative):
  Make a single transfer for the total amount due for all members, based on their respective professional qualification levels.
  Then send:

  • The payment receipt

  • The completed Excel format with a summary of the members included in the payment

  • The Director’s Self-Certification

• Stripe (via member area):
  Log into your school’s reserved area, select the members involved, and pay using the certified Stripe tool.

4) We Prefer to Pay by Bank Transfer. What Are the Bank Details?

The CNCP IBAN is:

Please make sure to include the name of your institution and the payment reason in the payment reference.

5) How Can We Publish an Event Managed by Our Institution on the CNCP Website?

Just send an email to segreteriacentrale@cncp.it with the following attachments:

• Event Description form

• Flyer and/or promotional image(s)
