Counselling
Counselling is a relational process between a counsellor and a client—an empowering journey in which the client can strengthen their autonomy and decision-making abilities by gaining greater awareness of their needs and their personal resources.
Who the Counsellor Is
The counsellor is a trained professional who supports the client in addressing specific, non-psychopathological issues. Within this scope, the counsellor helps the client make decisions, manage crises, improve relationships, develop personal resources, and grow in self-awareness.
The Counselling Philosophy
At the heart of counselling is the belief that the client is the foremost expert on themselves and their challenges. They hold within them the potential to face and resolve their difficulties. The client is seen as the key player in their own personal growth and problem-solving journey.
